All of the technology offered here in LGS construction is in use all over the world & in different industries. CAD design & C&C manufacturing. It is the collective use that  gives us this building concept.
      Like any structure  you need a plan &  blue print to build.  Initially a simple drawing that shows the basic structure is all that's required. This can be done as a concept drawing by us or more formally by a designer or architect if you prefer. Once you've decided to build an LGS structure your preliminary drawing is given to the manufacturer. A computer aided design(CAD) plan is produced. Once reviewed you can fine tune your ideas. LGS structures are delivered direct to the site. It is pre- cut & coded for assembly. You reduce construction time & material waste. There is no material shrinkage,as the case with wood. It exceeds hurricane standards, is earthquake proof & won't rot or burn.
               
               Because of the low cost, projects that once seemed unlikely are now very possible!

             You can purchase the structure independently or have us build it for you.

Galvanized steel frame, all fasteners, asphalt roofing, exterior sheathing, windows, doors, tyvek house wrap, exterior rigid insulation, composite pre painted siding material ,vinyl or stucco, ext.trim, Gutters &leaders, garage doors,R-19 wall insulation, wiring, wiring conduit, recess lighting, plumbing pipe & plumbing fixtures(sinks, toilets, tubs ect), sheet rock, compound,  ceramic tile, flooring material, interior trim, staircase,  stair rail, balisters & paint.
